General terms of purchase
When you buy from manos, you accept the payment responsibility for the purchase and agree to the following conditions.

Delivery conditions
Delivery takes place to the address you specified as the delivery address. You as the buyer are responsible for the correct delivery address. If the address is changed or incorrect, any additional costs will be charged to you as the buyer.

Right of withdrawal/open purchase
The buyer has the right to cancel his purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. Returns and exchanges only apply to unused products and unopened packaging. In order to receive a refund, the goods must be in substantially unchanged condition. The buyer is responsible for transport risks and shipping costs. If you want to cancel your purchase, please contact karin@manos.se . The time for the right of withdrawal begins to run from the day you received the item via delivery.

Do this when returning
Contact us at karin@manos.se if you wish to make a return. Describe what the return refers to - order number, customer, contact details. Returns are sent to manos, Renstiernas gata 22, 116 31 Stockholm, Sweden. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping and insurance against transport damage.

When we send your order, we pack it carefully so that nothing breaks. If you send a return, feel free to use the same packaging and pack in the same careful way to reduce the risk of something being damaged.

Refunds will be made when we have received the item in perfect condition. The shipping fee is not refundable.

Complaint
If there is a fault with the product, please send an email to karin@manos.se. Describe the error in text and preferably with a picture and we will contact you for further processing.

The fault must have already been there when you received the item. The length of the right to advertise follows the Consumer Purchase Act. The compensation cannot exceed the sales value. If we agree that there is something wrong with your item, we are responsible for any shipping costs.

Payment method

Delivery times and shipping costs
Your package will be packed and sent within 1-5 business days. When your package has been processed by us, you will receive an email confirming that the package has been sent. We deliver all our packages with Sendify. We do not take responsibility for delivery handling/times. Delivery time is normally 5–7 days within Sweden. You have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delay if you do not approve the new proposed delivery time.

Shipment not collected
For goods that are not collected, we charge a fee that covers our costs for handling this.

Force majeure
Manos is not responsible for damages arising from conditions that we could not predict or influence, which make it impossible to fulfill concluded agreements.
