This information describes how we handle your personal data as we are concerned that this is done correctly. Manos handles personal data according to the set legal requirements.

What is meant by personal data
Personal data refers to information that can be linked to a person. This concerns, for example, name, address, e-mail address, social security number and in some cases also IP number. The GDPR includes all forms of data processing such as collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, processing, transfer and deletion.

Third party – what information is shared
Your personal data will only be used so that we can carry out our commitment to you as a customer. We will not resell your information.

We save or share your personal data with the following actors.

Shopify - to be able to complete your purchase.

Payment solutions - to be able to complete your purchase.

Shipping company - in order to deliver orders, we share your necessary personal data.

We also store your personal data if you have signed up for our newsletter.

How long your personal data is saved
We save your data as long as there is a customer relationship between us or if you have asked for it yourself, for example in the form of a subscription to our newsletter. We also save data to satisfy legal requirements. Normally, data is deleted after a maximum of seven years in accordance with the Accounting Act. This is done once a year.

Your rights
You as a customer have the right at any time to request that your data be deleted from the systems, provided that there are no legal requirements that require us to keep the data (e.g. the Accounting Act).

You also have the right to have incorrect personal data corrected, move the personal data (data portability) and object to the personal data being used for marketing. You, who have data in our registers, have the statutory right to request an extract from the register of your personal data once a year. Your request must be in writing and signed in your own hand and contain information about your name and social security number. We need this to ensure that we release the data to the right person.
